What the Taxation Office do about this problem? Are they aware of this problem?

        Taxation Office is only a ‘collection agent’ to the government.

        There should be many who are aware but not speak

       What can I do about this?

You can take it up with your local member of parliament.

       How long will it take to solve this problem?

This does not need correction/rewriting/revamping. This needs a revolution. People can show anger in the election. One should visit election venue, take the ballot paper & then NOT vote. This way there is no penalty for not voting & no one else would cast your vote.
