Why is this a problem? How does it affect the people?

   NO blue collar worker can earn >$ 180K, a year (last Income Slab)

                                                         "Tax  rate stops here"

   Hard working/low income group will be poorer day by day.

   White collar (high income group) will be richer day by day.

Who is behind this method of charging income tax? why do they stop charging income tax at a particular point?
